UPDATE, PART 3: The time has come, my lovelies, to decide. We've looked and looked. It boils down
to the following.
Eden is no longer capable of being self-sustaining. The resources required are just more than we -
as a staff - and the donators we have can support. This wasn't our first choice. We didn't want to
have to do this. We know it's a hobby. Hell, It's a hobby for us too. But - the problem remains.
The resources Eden needs are too costly for us to continue to provide for you for free.
So - it comes to this. We need to know how you feel. You. The Eden Member. Tell us.

Eden is down because our new host did not realize what they were getting into. Yes,
that's right, they've suddenly decided they cannot host Eden on the plan they offered. *sigh*
So - we are looking into alternatives. We ARE. We will get Eden back up as soon as humanly possible.
We did not expect downtime so soon after the server move. I mean, 8 days on the new host. Who expects
downtime for that? Bleh. Anyway. Fear not. Eden will be back up as soon as we can get it up.
Don't keep refreshing it - it's not going to work. *le sigh* Keep the faith. Eden will return. Much
like the terminator . . .

Eden is down. Yes. I know. AGAIN. We know the account has been suspended. We know.
We are working on resolving the issue. We are not sure, at this time, how long it will take.
But - trust that we are doing everything in our power to fix it. Downtime is not something we
enjoy. Blergh.
Keep your eye on this space (or Ebil's space) for more updates . . .

Eden is UP. Yes. For real this time. Eden is BACK. Go. Enjoy the new host-ness.

Eden is down. Yes, it's there, but no, you cannot log into the site.
Why? We've got a new host. We are hoping to stave off the LOVELY m_u_c.
So - the board had to be completely reinstalled.
No. Don't freak out. YES. We have backed up the database.
Will all your posts and fireflies be intact? Most likely.
No, don't freak. I refuse to guarantee ANYthing where technology is concerned.
So - for now - leave Eden be. You cannot register, that's been disabled. We
*ARE* trying to get the site back up and running. Give us a couple days.
What should you do? Doll. Work on your website. Doodle. Write. Whatever you
like. The staff will be working FEVERISHLY to get Eden back up and running.
Were we expecting Eden to go down yesterday? HELL no. We would have notified you
of downtime then. The new host was acquired yesterday.
Anyway. Keep your eyes on this space for more info!

Update, Part 2
So - we are getting a new host. YAY! No more MUC! Dance with me.
But that also means that EE might be down for a bit in the next few days as the domain
resolves to the new host and we reinstall everything.
Bear with us. We ARE working on it. I SWEAR!

Yes. It says bandwidth has been exceeded. You visiting people you. ::chuckles::
Will it be back up before July? Not sure. Perhaps. Perhaps not.
Will we extend the voting? Most likely. Fear not. We will give you some extra time on the voting.

Oh - my - ever-loving goddess. A brand-spanking new layout. Completely new.
And I'm utterly sick of looking at it already. ::chuckles::
I know there are some 'coming soon' pages. I know the dolls page is one of them.
But I just wanted to get the damn thing up. I'm tired and cranky and it's been a
long frickin' day doing this. I'll try and get the rest of the dolls up tomorrow.
Um - if there are any broken links - let me know. I don't think there are any.
You'll find a new tagboard off to the side. It's not a chatroom and please do not spam
in it. It's kinda rude and stuff. Mmm.
Site of the Moment is something new. I'll update it whenever I feel like it. Enjoy!
